MB Coles and Sons Ltd are experienced in all drainage works from land drainage, ditching and culverts, storm drainage and installation of rainwater harvesting storage tanks through to foul drainage systems including treatment plant installation and soakaway.

On a typical new build site we will deal with site clearance, reduce dig and muck away. We will carry out all setting out and establish required levels from drawings provided by the client. Foundation Excavation and muck away, foundation concrete and block work to D.P.C are carried out next.

Once the blockwork has cured we carry out back filling to oversite in preparation for a traditional ground bearing slab, suspended reinforced slab or block and beam flooring dependant on the design. Before the oversite slab is laid we install foul drainage, clear of the building and services. It is best to continue with all the drainage (foul and storm) and all service trenches and ducting. MB Coles and Sons Ltd prefer to carry out all these works at this stage and also lay sub-base to paths, patios and drives so that we leave the site clean and tidy ready for brickwork contractors. This approach minimises disruption when we return to carry out hard landscaping towards the end of the project and makes for a safer, cleaner site.
